I am deleting my account soon, but i bought GTA 4 and some other games on Xbox LIVE but I dont want to lose them.If I delete my Xbox LIVE Gold membership do I lose my games?

You don't lose them, as long as you are on that Xbox. You however won't be able to re-download them, or play from a different Xbox while logged in. If they get deleted then they will be lost. You could just make that membership no longer Gold, leave it at silver, and you could login as that account to redownload them still. Anything that didn't work for anyone else on that xbox, and could only be played when you were logged into that account, like some map packs etc, may be lost.
Most things are tied to that Xbox by serial number, but a few map packs and other things are tied directly to your account.If I delete my Xbox LIVE Gold membership do I lose my games?
I don't think you lose them if you delete your live account.
