yeh just go to one of your friends on your friends list and there should be a button that says "invite to party" and it will even set one up for you. you can make a party private so that people can't join and there is even an option to switch into game chat. however in some COD black ops game modes such as search and destroy you can not be in a party and play, also in wager matches above the 2 CR buy in, you can not be in a party chatIf you can, how do you play Xbox Live games, and chat in a party at the same time?
In Call of Duty, party is blocked for most of the game modes, but if u want to chat, get in a private chat with your friend, if you're more than too, it's impossible except in.... I'm not sure about Black Ops, I don't like playing it, in MW2, Ground War, free for all, and more, but you can't chat in a party
