It depends on the game. Very few 360/Windows games can be played with people on the other platform because PC gamers have an unfair advantage due to how accurate a mouse is. Lost Planet and Shadowrun are the only two I know of where you can play with one another.How can I connect Xbox Live games with Windows Live games?
You need to set up a windos live ID
You should find that information in the xbox dashboard
