So I was thinking of getting GTA IV: Lost and the Damned along with some Fallout 3 expansions. But I'm not quite sure how all that works...once we download the expansion, do we pickup where we left off, or is it an entirely new game?
Also as a side question. Say we just want to buy downloadable content but don't want to play online against little 8 year olds. Do we still need to pay the monthly/yearly fee for xbox live? Thanks!How do xbox live games work exactly?
no you can visit the marketplace without having to purchase a monthley/3month/yearly subscription card.
depending on the game, you'll be given a new quest out of no where, or a new world or something rather. although i think they add something small into the main map. and you'll attend to that.
and just to add, 25 days and 9 hours counting of online play, not once have i come across an 8 year old. its mainly 12 - 18, ive come across some people that were 40 and such. anyway. good luck. may i recommend OBLIVION for Xbox 360, has been my favourite game, has a terrific expansion played that for 190 hours just the campaign, the expansion an extra 30 hours. favorite game of all time.How do xbox live games work exactly?
no you pick up were u left on fallout but on gta 4 and tlad are different games u have to load the one u want to play
and you dont have to pay monthly if u dnt wanna go online u can just get silver which is free but u might not get all the downloadable content u might nieed gold for some of them
