Me n my friend want to play some games or at least be in a party with each other but it dosnt let us connect. I have no problem connecting to other friends but we cant connect for some reason. Why is tht? We have the same xbox's and live close to each otherWhy cant me and my friend connect on xbox live games or partys?
i also have this problem with some of my friends, we have came to the conclusion that it is one of the two peoples connection. possibly your wireless signal is not strong enough to host the game.
It could be a problem in his router or yours most likely his as you have no problems connecting to others, but you didn't clarify is he also able to connect to all of his friends you should have asked him first about that, maybe he is in need of ports forwarding depending on his router type i presume, i've a speedtouch router and when i encountered such problem i've gone to youtube then typed my router model and i had found a video fully explains what ports should i open for the xboxlive network.Why cant me and my friend connect on xbox live games or partys?
lol its simple. people make answering the question so difficult. Okay here you go. Your NAT type for your xbox live on both ends is going to say strict. Meaning yalls internet is prolly being used by a bunch of people at the same time. You might need to get a speed boost to your internet. Or it may be because of you ping or latency. Yall might try turning yalls modems off and waiting a min and turning them back on. But that is the problem for sure. Your NAT type is strict on both ends. And the other friends you connect with have moderate or open NAT types.
what does it say when u connect? it should sya something when u try to connect and why it cant connect.
if he has insufficient memory then that is why. u need tons of memory to connect in some game like halo reach campaign co op. i got a 4gb Slim and i cant even connect on co op capign. it says Insuffiecient memory size or w.eWhy cant me and my friend connect on xbox live games or partys?
